Made from 100% Nylon, this historical flag is an accurate reproduction of the The First Stars and Stripes, commmonly known as the Betsy Ross Flag. This flag was the first official American Flag to be recognized internationally. Original flag was sewn in May 1776 by Betsy Ross and was made up of seven red and six white stripes with 13 stars formed in a circle representing the 13 original colonies. Today the flag is made using the highest quality Nylon made with SolarMax® for added strength and durability. SolarMax® provides greater tear resistance and is hightly resisitant to UV fading, allowing for the use of deeper, brighter colors to extend the life of the flag. Ideal for outdoor display.
